BRAINWORMS II:
Swear to Me: LP
I’m having a hard time reading this band. One moment, they’re completely off-kilter and dangerously close to cacophony. The next, they’re bright and almost jazzy. Then they quote Dag Nasty and somehow sound like a band that would do that sort of thing. This is music that requires the listener to invest some mind power. The band’s name is completely appropriate.
