 | Razorcake will send you one free issue if you ask your librarian if they would carry Razorcake in their stacks. (This offer is good for both traditional libraries and independent libraries.) To get the free issue, you must send us the librarian's name and email and the library's postal address. We will then contact them directly and donate a subscription to them. U.S. libraries only, due to postage. | |

VARIOUS ARTISTS:
Dear Johnny, A Tribute: CD
Concombre Zombi's spitfire-fast "Flesh and Blood" is preceded by Jesse Dayton's meandering "Doin' My Time." Eddie Spaghetti and his guitar apply an Eagles' sound to "Peace in the Valley" in awkward contrast to Los Creepers' "Wreck of the Old 97." Hidden track in its usual spot. Dale Watson, Deadbolt, Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash, Satan's Teardrops, Hot Rod Lincoln, and others. While all artists are well known, it's hard to get in the swing of things when the tempo keeps changing like that. It's the "One Piece at a Time" of Cash tributes. But a portion of the proceeds are donated to SOS Children's Villages, a favorite Johnny Cash organization.
