Return to the Planet of the Bakesys!: CD
I’m pretty open to all genres of music but, admittedly, whenever I have some ska come my way, I can’t help but think “Why?” Fortunately, this is more two tone similar to The Specials than “crazy ska punk,” so it’s not unbearable. Unfortunately, it’s a lot mellower and less energetic than The Specials, which is one of the reasons I like that band in the first place. And even though it’s a live record, there’s hardly any crowd noise in between songs! It’s still good if you’re that into ska in 2010, though.
