 | Razorcake will send you one free issue if you ask your librarian if they would carry Razorcake in their stacks. (This offer is good for both traditional libraries and independent libraries.) To get the free issue, you must send us the librarian's name and email and the library's postal address. We will then contact them directly and donate a subscription to them. U.S. libraries only, due to postage. | |

FRANTIC CITY
#1, $2, 8 ½” x 6”, 32 pgs.
By Joe Evans III Tuesday, March 18 2008
The “first” issue of this zine (apparently there were previous issues numbered “0,” “00,” and “000”), that highlights a lot of garage and power pop. There’re interviews with rad bands like The Rip Offs, Milk and Cookies, and Guitar Wolf (I admittedly didn’t even realize they were still together). Some of the interviews are a little brief, but this reminded me of Go Metric! without the humorous articles. Apparently there’s also a label that focuses on the same kind of music covered here. –Joe Evans III (31 Rue A. Barine, 17000 La Rochelle, France)
