October 20th, 6:30 PM A Decade of Paper Cuts Razorcake Fanzine & DIY Publishing
Todd Taylor and Sean Carswell, the co-founders, editors, and publishers of Razorcake Magazine and Gorsky Press, will give a lively talk and presentation covering their last ten years of independent, DIY publishing in Los Angeles.
Over the past ten years, Razorcake/Gorsky Press has been responsible for the publication of 64 world-wide distributed fanzines, 18 books, 16 vinyl records, 180 podcasts, and much, much more... all from a small basement in Highland Park.
There will be a Q and A at the end of the presentation.
This presentation is ideal for anyone interested in the real ins-and-outs and day-to-day of independent publishing. Everyone is welcome to attend.
